Musi engaged Dash to refresh their brand identity, iOS application, and visual direction to modernize and amplify the customer listening experience from end to end.
Musi is a music streaming service that was founded in 2013 by our founding partner and Chief Creative Officer Christian Lunny, and currently boasts 4.5m monthly active users. The first step was rebranding and differentiating a leader in the online music space. While new and modern, it still is uniquely Musi. Analyzing years of aggregated data, user feedback, and collaborative sessions with users, we worked from the ground up to revisit the navigation, song discovery, player/playlists, User Experience and User Interface design. From there, we developed an indispensable music companion to fit the energy of any mood of occasion. After its launch, Musi saw an increase in songs streamed by over 45%, streaming over 50m songs per day and counting.
