Reinvigorating a world-class travel brand.

Travel Professionals International (TPI) is Canada’s largest network of independent travel advisors. Since it’s inception in 1994 the visual identity has remained, and we were invited to revaluate the brand from the ground up. We also developed a custom dashboard to allow TPI travel advisors to put together a great website in a matter of minutes. We built a responsive booking engine that allows their travel advisor’s customers to book packages, flights and hotels right on their personal website.

TPI Re-Brand + Digital Tools


After working with TPI for over a year – they approached us to take a look at all of their digital and brand communications. We conducted surveys across the company from employees to executives, and travel advisors. The surveys asked questions about systems and operations and marketing. It was evident by the results that the TPI brand didn’t represent their innovative culture and offering. Our first step in transforming their digital business was to refresh their identity.

Honouring a legacy.

While we were excited to develop a brand that was new, fresh, and exciting we were also conscience of the brand that TPI has built over decades of business. It was paramount to retain the brand equity that had been built, while bringing the visual identity into the next generation. After countless iterations we came to a solution that we felt reflected the values of TPI today, while honouring their past.

Getting the Word Out

With a new identity established we then proceeded to expand on the visual language we had designed. Bold campaigns for out-of-home media we’re developed not only to show off our brand new look, but to further entice advisors to consider TPI as their host agency.


We worked in close collaboration with TPI to design a central dashboard that would allow advisors to manage their website content more efficiently.

We established two key experience goals: allow advisor’s to efficiently manage their personal websites with unprecedented speed and create a brand new personal booking engine that’s responsive across all digital environments.

Welcome to EasyManage

EasyManage enables advisors to customize their personal websites content while expressing their personality, add pre-built ‘Feature Pages’ to their site that were designed exclusively for TPI with one click, and edit content in custom pages to reflect their personal brand. It also allows advisors to manage their continually expanding digital tools, such as the TPI Booking Engine.


The TPI Booking Engine allows travel advisor customers to search and book vacation packages, flights and hotels.

We worked closely with the Technology team at TPI to develop and design a responsive-first, functional booking engine able to be used on any desired website. The widget created is beautiful, whether being used in a sidebar, on mobile or stretching the full span of a dedicated page. The user interface was created putting function and user experience first.


Through EasyManage, advisors can quickly navigate to the booking engine management where they can easily manage the settings of their booking engine.  We also created an example page where advisors can see and quickly generate an embed code for their widget to be used on external websites if desired.

We reimagined the identities for the Travel Professionals International brand as a whole, the Velocity program, and Chairmans Circle.

The new feel for TPI and its programs look towards the future, not the past. EasyManage and the TPI Booking Engine is currently being used across hundreds of websites, booking travel for thousands of customers of TPI travel advisors across Canada every month.
