At Dash Agency, the Account Manager is responsible for the support and service of the client and the account team, working directly with the Supervisor, Director, and Partners on client projects. We have a track record of attaining and retaining new business based on our ‘Gen Z’ approach to building content while storytelling on social media. We pride ourselves on delivering engaging, appealing, and insightful work for our clients that ultimately strengthen their businesses. Functions

  • Handle day-to-day activities for assigned clients
  • Foster a good working relationship with clients, either through direct contact or in support of client needs
  • Remain current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting clients’ businesses
  • Keep apprised of progress of clients’ projects from briefing to completion
  • Effectively present, sell, and defend all agency work/proposals to clients; support other client service team members in these functions
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, marketing communications, and strategic marketing and media plans
  • Regularly check for and respond to all client communication
  • Inform management regularly of account progress for all assigned clients
  • Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel
