Dealertrack is the leading software provider for automotive dealerships and OEMs in Canada and the US. Dealertrack engaged Dash to design the end-to-end experience for their primary finance and insurance portal in Brazil.

Dealertrack is the only automotive finance solution in Brazil that is lender neutral and free for dealers with the capability to get quotes and credit application decisions from integrated lenders on a single platform. To accomplish this, we worked on-site with the Dealertrack product and sales teams, automotive SMEs, and key stakeholders to architect consistent hierarchical and categorical structures that function across all possible variants of dealer and lender organizations.

Working directly with the Dealertrack development team, we collaboratively determined frameworks and libraries that ensured a fast and functional interface to allow for hyper-efficient iteration of new features and product adjustments.

Released late 2018, Dealertrack’s vision is to forever change the customer experience for purchasing a vehicle in Brazil. As of mid-2019, there are now over 900 dealerships on the portal. As their growth continues to rise, Dash actively assists with design and consultation for new features and functionalities.
